Here's a rendering of what the proposed building for this site was supposed to look like (as of last year).
It will be interesting to see if this rendering is still valid or not. I see that the request for variance deals with "non traditional building materials". I wonder what this means?

Just a guess from looking at the plan but I'm going to say they want to make the main level portion tile instead of Brick, or they might want to clad it in the same way 890 Main st. is clad. But of course that is just speculation on my part.
I'm still wondering if stucco is considered non traditional for the area as well...
On a separate note does anyone know if the DOD Moncton Garrison Buildings are still in use or not. This week I seen less, and less vehicles driving in then usual it seems.
