Nice. You forgot 2400 Market, though. I believe that's still in play. The changes that have already occurred and that are planned over the next several years are astounding!

Beautiful, plus now we know what they're thinking with respect to the use of the separated parcels (once they buy the hold-out property near the 20th side). Honestly, its just weird that they have to cantilever over that ugly firehouse like a casino over the one hold-out on the block in AC (or, for that matter, the old firehouse in "Herbie Rides Again"). I'm sure that Brandywine could do something even more spectacular if they could incorporate a new fire station into the design and reconfigure that Berlin Wall of a park.

This is really exciting! And with Brandywine, you know it's not pie in the sky.
I kept looking at the preliminary rendering, and couldn't help but think it reminds me of a mini "American Commerce Center". I like that they are incorporating a lot of "green space" into the design.
Where does this project put the final stage of Cira Center, the 725 ft monster?
Will they both come on board together, or this one first? I saw something about that it won't start until FMC is completed, but I'm not sure if that applied to both projects? It would be great to have both, but I'm thrilled that someone finally believes in Philly! Thanks Brandywine!

No, Arlene Francis was on a game show called "What's My Line" with John Daley. (50's,60s) She was ageless, quite a beautiful lady. 4 panelists (her included) had to guess a "mystery guest" when blindfolded. The prime purpose of the show was guessing someone's occupation, and one of the silliest questions was "Is it bigger than a bread box". It stuck for years.

We will get both eventually. When we'll get Cira II I'm unsure but it's definitely in play in the future. FMC will be done next year, so we're really not talking that far out for Brandywine to move onto future projects.

I can say this one is before my time, but sounds like a good game show nonetheless.

I also wish they would update the buildings database and maps. A lot of the information is outdated and could use some updates for the Philadelphia database.

Hey guys, Temple football's ranked for the first time in 30-some-odd years! We're at #22 and heading into a tough East Carolina game on Thursday. Definitely proving a more interesting season than Kelly's clusterfuck (although maybe that New Orleans game will give them a much-needed spark)

There is no page for it yet. Summers usually waits until there is an official announcement to make a page, which there hasn't been yet.
