It's actually 500 feet tall on the dot according to the pdf. It cantilevers over the firehouse and they have a box outline on the short rowhome buildings on the corner of 21st and Market which clearly signifies a short future tower on the corner. They also leave space available abutting 22nd Street for the memorial park.

Amazing. Really exciting! I still wonder how Sayitaintso got this ;-) Also, very curious who architect is. Looks like a project Rem Koolhaas did in Rotterdam.

That is quite awesome! 500 feet at that location would be amazing and very visible. The design is very revolutionary for Philadelphia. Only troubled by the frequent usage of the word "concept."

Right. Plus Brandywine said in the article they're not even going to think about this one until FMC is done and estimate a 2017 to 2019 start date. A lot can change in three or four years. This is cool, but it's just a proposal slash concept.

Well obviously though, Brandywine IS thinking about this lot or else this concept wouldn't even exist. Hopefully nothing changes - though height additions are always welcome

Brandywine gets things done - not just here, look at the work they are doing in Austin and DC..., these guys mean business. If things continue how they have been .... this one is going to rise.

We're coming to the end of 2015. 2016 is right around the corner and going through the approval process, getting permits, general contractors, etc.. A 2017 groundbreaking is totally possible. FMC is set to be completed in 2016 - next year.

Any indication who the architect is? Did they digitally sign the PDF in its properties?
