Man in the orange vest told me construction would of began sooner but plans had to be revised due to customer feedback.

*people who subscribe to their mailer would of been notified of the higher floor "Grand Opening" *

Now only 4-6 floors are left to be sold 29 and up.

Otherwise they are prepping for the new road + digging soon.

It's hard for us to fathom how much this neighbourhood is about to change. With the completion of 3 Civic, University District and Live on the Plaza, Surrey City Centre will be unrecognizable to to some who had moved away as recently as a year ago.

This project is especially innovative. It aligns 103A Ave, and It creates a very urban experience on University Dr. There is no doubt that University Dr will be the coolest and most urban street in Surrey.
