I'm having a hard time with that 200k number, because the top 10 counties only gained 79k, and you can see the numbers start dropping off quick below #10. 64 counties in CO, minus 10 is 54 times say an average of 600 population gain per county for those is only another 32,400 or so more for a total population gain of 111k roughly.

Are they saying the 200k is the influx only, but not total population gain (influx + birth - outflow - deaths)?

Good luck building ANYTHING in Boulder, but non-single family / mixed use? I'm afraid it doesn't stand much of a chance with that upcoming crazy local ballot coming up in November.

OMG I hope they gut that place and fill in the lake. That place is so gross with bed bugs everywhere. And that little lake smells so dam bad to.

I get the feeling that Weidner Apartment Homes ends up sucking as much cash out of their properties as possible and then look for a buyer who loves turn-around opportunities. They did make some very timely buys in Phoenix including one nice mid-rise downtown. Where it used to have the best property management their own approach is very different although they've raised rents. /smh

Uncommon
Uncommon goes before the Planning & Zoning Board tonight. This is going to be a real 🞵🞵🞵🞵 show. The Uncommon development features 120 apartments, ground floor retail, and underground parking in a six story building. City staff are recommending the P&Z board deny the development application based on compatibility with the surrounding neighborhood.
