Guidelines require construction work on the building itself to begin before it can advance to Highrise Construction.

Can this thread have a title change from: NEW YORK | 1205 Broadway | FT | 38 FLOORS

To

NEW YORK | 1225 Broadway | 476 FT | 38 FLOORS

Quote:
Designed by VOA Associates, we knew that it would be relatively tall for the area and have a cantilever. But here's the first look at the entire hotel, all 38 stories, and the mall-like chunk of retail shops slated for 100,000 square feet of space at its bottom. And thus NoMad's rapid transformation continues.
AND

Quote:
The average height of luxury residential towers in the vicinity has seen a rapid increase, but hotels have remained fairly restrained in height, with the tallest generally topping out around the 400-foot mark. 1225 Broadway will stand 476 feet tall — hardly short, it will still be relatively visible from the surrounding neighborhood, which is dominated by pre-war mid-rises and the backdrop of the Empire State Building.

Good news. Several Miami towers received FAA approval at these heights.

======================

Could:

1) MIAMI | Auberge Residences | FT | 59 x 2 + 49 FLOORS

be changed to: MIAMI | Auberge Residences | 646 + 646 + 530 FT | 59 x 2 + 49 FLOORS

Thread: http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=182595&page=2

======================

Could:

2) MIAMI | One Brickell (444 Brickell Avenue) | 859 + 811 + 619 FT | 82 + 77 + 57 FLOORS

be changed to: MIAMI | One Brickell (444 Brickell Avenue) | 877 + 828 + 635 FT | 82 + 77 + 57 FLOORS

Thread: http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=208730&page=2

Thanks

Title should be changed.

Thread: http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=121125&page=2

The address is for the site, and the name of the project is "CCCC MIAMI TOWERS". CCCC = China City Construction Corporation.

MIAMI | CCCC MIAMI TOWERS (1420 S. Miami Avenue) | 1,069 + X FT | FLOORS

One tower will top out at 1,069 ft, the other, x, is unknown for the meantime.

This is no longer Capital at Brickell as it was bought. Old development is FUBAR. New one is great.

Thanks

Mods, if you may please change the title of this topic to:
BOSTON | Four Seasons Hotel and Residences | 755 / 306 FT | 61 / 26 FLOORS

It will reflect the updated figures of this exciting project. This data is from the FAA:

Taller: https://oeaaa.faa.gov/oeaaa/external/searchAction.jsp?action=displayOECase&oeCaseID=206595300&row=2

Shorter: https://oeaaa.faa.gov/oeaaa/external/sea...=displayOECase&oeCaseID=206595555&row=14

Thank you kindly!

MIAMI | Villa Magna (100 South Biscayne) | 2 X 995 FT | 2 x FLOORS

Thread: http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=210610

FAA approved it, and some data (post #15 and 17)

I have a thread name change request, not a move. Hope that is OK to put here.

Please change: SAN FRANCISCO | One Van Ness | 400 FT (122 M) | 34 FLOORS

To: SAN FRANCISCO | One Oak | 435 FT (133 M) | 37 FLOORS

They have changed the name, and we have a more accurate floor count and hight now per this link.

This is the thread in question.
