That's true, and I don't foresee any straight-up office buildings on the scale of BoA being built anytime soon. But I think we could certainly have more buildings like Sovereign that are mixed use and reach 500+ feet.
It may be that until land in the city is at a premium, we're not going to see any very tall buildings. Unless a company wants a trophy tower. More square, slender towers would be great, but since most of Atlanta's buildings come with huge rectangular parking podiums, we're probably not going to see those soon (until, again, land is at a premium).
