I worked downtown until 2005 -- since then it's been midtown and I'm just amazed to see these surface lots disappearing. So utterly amazing! If the new developments at 3rd (Agathas), 6th (by 805) and 7th (by Bulldogs) happen I am going to be beyond happy. Now if Dewberry ever gets off his duff, that would just be amazing but I'm not holding my breath.
It's crazy that builders are having to get super-creative staging materials now -- that *never* used to happen. I'm sure it adds to their costs but I'm happy to see it. Real City
