Translation Guide to Fortress Announcements

In addition to the projects listed above, Collier Centre and Brookdale at Avenue Road are also worth investigating.

I'd suggest googling the project name, CCAA pdf receiver's report

Might learn some interesting things

How many sold yesterday? ~30-40 would be my guess.

I've been following this closely as I need to buy something fairly soon but just don't have the time to spend on a home / yard. While I like the building / amenities I think I am leaning toward Glasshouse as it is coming along fairly well already. I did not have a chance to check out one of the pre-sale events but they definitely have a huge range of floor plans available.

I guess the podium height has already been covered, it happens....

I actually like the look of the 8 F podium, something we've never seen here before..

Haha the spin from Fortress is cringe-worthy. I suppose it's what you would expect from this lot...

Fortress used to claim that investors have never missed a payment. It would be interesting to hear from Rathore, Petrozza, or Myers on that considering all the stalled/bankrupt projects...

I haven't seen the model but the latest renderings looked like the podium dropped a floor of office space and gained two floors of parking. It will be interesting though if this goes ahead to see what the parking impact is as they are planning a lot of residential units which typically have people wanting to park one vehicle just off the elevator to their place. The surface lot they are building on has long been full during weekdays and demand is likely going to increase when (if) the police ever move in.

Specs called for 388 total units. Is that still the case? How many sold so far in total?

If it is in the ballpark of 100 units for 2 days of sales that would be an impressive accomplishment for Winnipeg.

Wow 100 units, that would be impressive. Does that include any of the units/investors that had been previously signed on as part of some of the earlier offerings?

Somehow I think we would have heard about it by now if SkyCity had hit 100 units.

If SkyCity has 100 of the just shy of 400 units already sold it would be interesting to know the split between pure investment sales and those who plan to take possession and occupy units.

Does anyone recall what Glasshouse sold on opening weekend? Just to draw a comparison once/if we know what SkyCity sold.

Urban capital had said "more than 50" sold during the first weekend.
