No like I said in my previous post 70,000 for the games designed to be stripped down to 40k after. The the silver lining would be they could partner with MLSE/CSA and all three levels of government. Could make it the cheaper option and Canada would have a proper National stadium
I'm gonna go out on a limb to say No one is gonna built a 70,000 seat for a NFL team that doesn't exist
