Hopefully there is no third appeal. One major problem with Gottingen right now is simply that it doesn't have enough residents to support the number of storefronts on the street. Higher density buildings are needed for this part of town to live up to its potential.
It's interesting that when this proposal first came out there were a number of new buildings on Gottingen, but almost all of the first floor storefronts were empty; now they are mostly full, very nice to see.
