They also still have Alta on the Park listed as planning phase, and it's been under construction for a while. They did switch Modera to under construction. Oddly, it's after the crane was removed.

Azure on the Park is the one that's under construction. Alta is the one by Wood Partners on 12th that they wanted to do condos.

I stopped by the Modera Midtown site yesterday at lunch, by the way one of the best "mom and pop" Taco food trucks ever was there doing lunch. I asked the construction guy's what happened to the crane, and they said because it was over the pool area of the Campus housing that they had to remove it. He said they are going to replace it with a different kind of crane that is like the one in upper Midtown doing YOO on The Park. It will be probably this weekend. It will still use the base just a different top. If anyone knows the name of the crane ,,thanks..

They are pouring a new base in the middle of the Jobsite. It will rise through the parking deck and beside the tower.

Here's a video of the new PCM entrance on the beltline that just recently opened up. Great views. Really interesting to be honest and the 3 or so restaurant opened so far were all packed and lines were super long Friday night.

Alta at the Park is in permitting still (moving at snail's pace), your thinking Azure on the Park.

I noticed also that 1138 Peachtree also has permit in progress, but looks like it stalled for sure as it hasn't had any updates since October of last year. But maybe the Yoo folks will come back to it after Yoo on the Park, or when new condo market is in full swing again

Ahh, you're right. It's a pretty impressive time in the city when there are so many projects that there are two named "A___ on the Park" within blocks of each other.

Georgia Tech plans $500 million Technology Enterprise Park expansion

Georgia Tech is seeking $100,000 from Atlanta to conduct a feasibility study for a project that would transform the 11-acre Technology Enterprise Park into a $500 million mixed-use industry focused hub. The study will help determine, among other things, project costs, types of mixed-use activities and how the development might be integrated into the surrounding area. The University Financing Foundation (TUFF), Invest Atlanta, and the Atlanta Housing Authority served as partners to Georgia Tech in the grant proposal. The proposed health and biosciences innovation district would host university spinoffs from Emory University, Georgia Tech, Georgia State University, Clark Atlanta, and Morehouse School of Medicine, and provide land for Technology Enterprise Park tenants (CardioMems, Kemira, and CryoLife) to expand without leaving the area. The district would also attract research and innovation enterprises, such as the Global Center for Medical Innovation and the Georgia Tech Research Institute.

The project’s backers point to the success of Technology Square — an eight-block, mixed-used redevelopment on Fifth and Spring streets that transformed a seedy Midtown strip into a hive of tech incubators, innovation centers, startups and venture capital firms that is a national model for innovation district development. That commercial activity has set off a spurt of apartment and retail development in the area.
