Thanks. I presume they mean Country Style Donuts.

There are already two Country Style locations in Riverview. Time to venture across the river I guess........

I don't care for Ultramar, however it's nice to see something different than Tims or Starbucks. I don't know that brand much (Country Style) but at least it's a bit different for the immediate area.

Isn't the one in the Dieppe Blvd Ultramar a Country Style as well?

Country style is huge in Ontario. I believe it's the second biggest coffee chain in Ontario.

Don't know, but the store finder on the Country Style website only shows the two locations in Riverview. The Ultramar across from the Irving Big Stop in Salisbury also has a Country Style as well.

I've never tried Country Style personally.

I hope that Cordova can fill in that spot with more retail options in that area.
I drove by there today, I noticed that they had a foundation started right next door to Princess Auto, I was going to ask the question on what it might be....guess I don't have to now.

Looks like work has started at the new Canadian Tire Centre (old Target). Fencing is up, garbage bins and equipment on site.

I see the Sears Home store at Bayers Lake (in Halifax) is closing, and will be replaced by a Brick store.

AFAIK, the only other Sears Home store in the region is at Wheeler Park here in Moncton. A sign of things to come I wonder???

I doubt Sears Home will stay there forever. It might also be a great spot for The Brick.

Wasn't there supposed to be a The Brick Store when They started expanding the Mapleton Commercial area?

Originally - yes. The Mapleton Centre was originally supposed to have Best Buy too, but that iteration of the development fell through with construction delays and the recession.

I imagine the Brick would like to be in greater Moncton. If Sears Home is closed, this could be the opening they've been waiting for.

Home Outfitters would also be a good fit for the Sears Home location if they close up shop.........

Home Outfitters would be a great addition to the Moncton area. It would mean the return of the HBC brand in our region with our Hudson's Bay store gone. It would be the only HBC branded store in New Brunswick. They have a great mix & selection of upper-end merchandise and affordable items too.

Dieppe Blvd sells Second Cup. They do have a Mom chicken and Pops pizza inside, which is cool.

Found this article with a video from inside Bass Pro Shop. Looks quite impressive. Opening will be October 7th at 6 pm. It was also said that there will be several "celebrities" on site signing autographs but didn't mention any names.

I was over at the mall today. It's amazing what a hive of activity the BPS is right now, literally scores of workers cleaning up, landscaping and paving the areas around the old Crystal Palace site.

While I was there, they installed the Bass Pro Shop insignia on the large Champlain Place sign at the main Paul Street entrance.

There is a Christmas store moving into the old XS Cargo store. Probably temporarily, but it looks like everything to do with Christmas from villages, lights, figurines, yard displays...etc.

If it's the same store that had open in Highfield square when it was open before they started pushing stores out... It's a Christmas all year round type of store.

Christmas Discounters, they have locations in PEI, the summerside one is actually open year round.
