Despite his obnoxiousness Don Cherry still doesn't give me the same overwhelming urge to punch him in the face as these two do:

It literally is upholstery fabric. My wife works in procurement for offices and hospitality and she recognizes some of the fabrics and names the companies and lines that he uses for his jackets often.

I drove past a billboard for this thing earlier today. Not even sure if it knows what it wants to be.

My car is on Columbus Drive (commonly known as the crosstown arterial). Kenmount Road is to the left and behind me (runs under Columbus), Thorburn Road is the intersection ahead. The vast wasteland between the two is our main suburban commercial area.

I used to work at SEARS at a mall in south Calgary and I'll never forget this one incident. I was walking towards the bathroom on my break and this asian guy comes up to me from the entrance saying "You work here? There's poops everywhere! There's poops everywhere!" He also warned me to watch where I stepped even outside the bathroom. There were footprints of shit leading out of the toilet all the way into the store.

It seems that many people do want to live in this thing, which is quite surprising since this project has no website (it relies exclusively on black-and-white ads in the local newspapers) and considering the recent completion of the much better nearby.

Haha... I briefly worked at Sears in Winnipeg in my student days, and while I never encountered a shit explosion like that, the men's room was apparently a busy hook-up spot. It was not unusual to walk in and suddenly hear a stall door slamming shut. Ahhh Sears, where romance is in the air

Notice how the signs says "Beautiful condos". I believe that is false advertising.
