Not forgetting Cache Creek near Pemberton. Is that also for Lower Mainland use, or just for the towns/villages north of Squamish?

What are buyers being told about a completion date for this site and it's neighbour? I'm guessing end of 2017, just curious.

Thanks! However bland these two buildings are it will be cool to see two 40+ story buildings rise at the same time. Final outcome TBD

A crane is up at the Charleson. Seems kind of stubby. Maybe there will be a second crane?

If the final product turns out like the animated rendering I'll be happy. It shows extensive use of curtain wall glazing as well minimal use of spandrel. Maybe Onni learned their lesson from the Mark?

Yea but this is the city of vancouver where developers are allowed to switch out things for cheaper versions making the building look like shit all under the excuse of cost engineering. (Yes I'm sure other cities allow this too). You wouldnt be able to do this advertising other products

Developers:
Use high quality materials during advertising/approval/selling phases - then once enough units have been sold and construction starts quietly without public knowledge undergo some "cost engineering" (because big developers don't know how much things cost apparently) and then build project using cheap materials thereby increasing profits. Sounds fair

But hopefully it turns out well
