I agree. it is cool to walk on Broadway avenue. a landscape architect once told me he thought Broadway was one of the great boulevards in North America, with the elms and the great end anchors (via station and the Leg/memorial park). you appreciate it more at night, at manyfest..

I was jogging past the Sky City (proposed) site yesterday afternoon and noticed the 'starting at' price on the sign appears to have been changed to read the $190s. Didn't it originally say the $200s?

They changed the sign a couple of months ago... I'm sure it was noted in this thread a few pages back.

If the WPS could keep the riff raff gang-types away from the Library entrance, then maybe they could get $200 K for SkyCity suites...if it ever gets built.

Have they mentioned what the smallest sized condos will be?

Can anybody comment on the progress of the sales centre? It must be pretty far along now if it's going to open Fall 2015.

There's an exclusive opening event for the show suite in September. And by exclusive, I mean you email them to put your name on the list so you can see the city's first $9.5MM 1:10000 scale balsa model.

Don't be left in the cold. Sign up today!

I see workers there daily. They've removed the boarding on the installed windows recently.
