By city you mean NCC. And this is a complete waste of money. It pays little to no homage to the people of Lebreton apart from some Algonquin, and they are already being represented in both Zibi and Rockliffe. The flats have been that way for decades, so I dont know why they all of a sudden decided that we needed to put in some gardens that will be bulldozed in a year anyways.
