I recall about a decade or so ago seeing an actual design for the West side of the Schuylkill River detailing skyscrapers that was posted inside of 30th Street Station.

Glad to finally see that vision come to life.
I wonder if you can get a clear view from the Zoo Balloon.

I don't think the core has risen in the past week? Either way this will have a very effective presence from many angles around the city.

Perhaps the core is at the stage where it sets back (where the office building ends and the apt bldg starts - about floor 28 or so). Maybe the transition takes some adjusting. Just a guess.
