That is good news, we have plenty of room to grow within the current boundary anyway.

Couldn't agree more. Now we need Portland to change its stupid zoning rules that reserve huge chunks of the city strictly for land-gobbling single family homes. I'd love to see more row houses and 4-plexes built.
