the truth hurts, guys, but simms3_redux (i'm sure his parents got odd looks requesting that one on the birth certificate) is correct. the central business district of atlanta is huge and has tons of undeveloped space. it is nowhere as developed as downtown seattle; not even close. we're not anywhere close to having to tear down any historic neighbourhoods, not even "tha bluff".
i thought his post was on point and a good response to the nuts in this thread wanting to mow down historic neighbourhoods, like they think adding more empty blocks to our total is better than preserving the remaining history we have in this city.
