The site at 151 Maiden Lane has gone through several different designs, revealed by YIMBY over the past few years, and while we’ve posted what appears to be the final look for the site’s 51-story residential tower, its hotel component has been missing. But now, YIMBY has the first renderings of the future Marriott, designed by Peter Poon, which will actually fit in fairly nicely with its surroundings.
Fortis Property Group is developing the site, and Pizzarotti-IBC is building the project, which will total 33 stories (345′ to roof) and 110,207 square feet, to be divided between 271 hotel rooms.
This includes the residential (638) and hotel portion (345) which are on the parcel (151-161 Maiden Lane)
Nashville's Bridgestone Americas HQ needs to be moved to the U/C side. First tower crane is up and 2nd is being set up next week, caissons are being installed already.

Marketing is underway for a 57-story ultra-luxury tower in Edgewater called Elysee.
Prices will start at $1.65 million in the boutique building, designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica. Each floor will only have one or two units, with a total of 100 units in the building.
A robotic parking garage is part of the plans. Jean-Louis Denoit is handling interior design.
A rendering of the project (tweeted By Kinga Konsorska of Cervera Real Estate) appears to place it on a 27,930 square foot waterfront property at 700 NE 23 Street, which is owned by an entity controlled by Starr Porter. Plans for a 649-foot towerwere submitted there earlier this year.
