I saw that yesterday and is just a joke.
Is GWL the most incompetent property manager? That entrance also had the broken for for about a year.
I'm not sure how they aren't embarrassed by their frontage on Jasper.

There seems to be a lack of civic pride by most building managers in downtown Edmonton. The cleaning of their sidewalk leaves much to be desired, and just brushing stuff into the gutter doesn't count as cleaning.

But yes, if Commerce is supposed to be an AAA office complex, then it's sounding like GWL might be missing the boat here? The only thing I can thing of is that they've sworn off herbicides, coupled with a landscaping contractor that can't tell a tree from a weed.

The landscaping aesthetics of Commerce along Jasper Ave is downright embarrassing. I can't believe they keep it the way it is. In fact, they should increase their security to clean up the dodgy people who hang out there.

If someone is walking by Commerce, please take a photo of their 'landscaped' area and post it.

The Jasper Ave side? Looks like they ripped it all out. It is just cedar mulch and a couple small rocks as of lunch today.

Lighted strips running down the whole side of the Stantec building? I like it! Strong vertical element.

That's what I have been seeing for Stantec Tower for the last few months. Still looks like 68.

I noticed the Delta brand has been removed from the hotel and it now says "Luxury Hotel" all over. I assume this suggests the rumours about it turning into a JW Marriott are true...
