^ That kind of clump of new highrises is something you'd expect to see in a Chinese city, not Canada. Well done, Edmonton.

It wasn't long ago those images of Vancouver would have been a sea of U/C and proposals. At least the new crop break the Table Top.

Is this the tweaked Stantec design? Everything looks more cohesive.

Forget the name, focus on the rest... GAME CHANGER.

Also, reconfirmed that Stantec will be the tallest west of Toronto 'with room'.

I prefer that new design. Very sleek and not clunky anymore. It will have a HUGE impact on the skyline, like no other single building anywhere in Canada.

^indeed. Kinda fun having our 2 new tallest, Delta @190m and Stantec @ 250m going up at the same time.

Yeah, I agree, the designs look much improved. It's nice to see a new tallest that absolutely laps the former title-holder as we're seeing here.

Wow Stantec looks much better now. I wonder if they enlisted the help of architects this time? I'll admit it, this batch of renderings is making me jealous. Edmonton's on the up and up!

That makes me laugh as it's only 3m taller than Brookfield. We'll see if they accept the challenge and bump up the crown a bit.
