Powerlines on top of Scottsdale Exchange? That's in Surrey up near the Home Depot and there are no power lines anywhere near it.
The only power lines that cross Scott Road follow 88th and cross where Nordel Way begin. The power lines are actually over the road so there is no issue with development.
