Yes on this.
It would add a modern twist on the peaks for Lower Manhattan. It would shape it in a way that if others followed, we'd have a 21st Century version of the peaks of 1930.
While boxy can work, Lower Manhattan Aesthetically is boss with peaks.
The good old days, where all men wore suits and smoked cigars.

At least I'm hoping for a modern twist some day that can give the feeling of it. What we really need is a tower or two with an epic crown. Jin Mao Tower would fit perfectly.
Thats kinda the bummer with WTC2. No crown. I could care less if it was just a giant box, but if it had an epic crown, build it now.
But as I've mentioned before, finishing this tower is one step closer to restoring the former glory of the Empire City.

A taller version for HY, as a signature tower, and thats a wrap for phase 2. Keep thy fingers crossed for a signature tower that exceeds 30 Hudson.
