It's the same height as the First Security Building. Also, the first two floors are more like 4 of the normal floors in height.

So maybe this is a question that has already been answered and I missed it, but is the core of 111 still going higher or has it topped out. from the pictures it looked like it was going up still but I wouldn't be the one to know that either.

The core is still going higher. From the looks of it, it's got about 6 or 7 stories to go.

It should still have a little way to go... The building wil be 5' taller then 99 west making it our third tallest.

It's kind of irrelevant, but is 99 West on slightly higher ground than 111? If it is, it's not by much. In any case, go higher, core! Go higherrrrr!!

Currently, the core is approximately as tall as the Regent across the street. This puts the Core at about 265' due to the slight elevation change.

With this, it would seem that we have another 110'-115' to go still on the core.

With the progress they are making on the steel, we should start to see cladding going on the lower levels in the next few weeks I think as well.

Yes, it's from the conference room window at my work in 222. That is the Hotel Monaco roof in the foreground of the picture. We have some amazing views from our office, now if I could just get my desk near a window instead of in the center of the building

Agree, Those views are incredible. I really like the views to the north and how the Capitol and Avenues sit on those hills. Salt Lake City is indeed among the most beautifully situated cities in the nation if not the most, no matter what direction your looking.
