Is someone taking periodic screencaps from the webcam to do another timelapse like we had for The Bow?

I believe it was Ricolance who did the Bow. I haven't seen a post from him in quite a while.

I noticed that the two steel levels above the lobby have a double floor. Not sure why.

Likely clearance for mechanical (substation, backup generator, switch gear, etc.) given the floodplain here there is a Building Code requirement to have it above the 1:100 (IIRC) year flood level. Making floors 3-4 a good choice to leave the main floor and atrium open.

My prediction for top out is mid March 2016 and steel complete in May 2016 can't wait to see some glazing going up

Excited to see Brookfield (cranes at the bottom) starting to pop up.
