4) STRUCTURE
Flat slab on the floors of corporate areas with 20cm thickness; ceiling height of 2.50m free; infrastructure and floor preparation to raised floor installation of up to 10cm high.
5) COOLING
Central cooling infrastructure of VRV or Split System.
6) TOILETS AND PANTRIES
Male and female toilets, including access to disabled people; 03 private toilets on each corporate floor; 02 pantries, one in each wing of the corporate floor.
7) TECHNICAL AREAS
Two technical areas in each “core”, one in each wing of the corporate floor for individual installations of electrical network, data, telephony, cooling, cabling, etc.
