Good question. However, the new Lincoln Property office building is going up inside the "Historic Warehouse Area" as identified by the Downtown Austin Plan. Furthermore, Colorado Tower is also within said boundaries.
The "Historic Warehouse Area" is actually within the district boundary of "Core/Waterfront District," one of nine districts outlined by the DAP.
