Continuum was filmed here and takes place here. Pity Shaw Media (formerly Showcase) doesn't want to continue it.
Motive is filmed here and takes place here. CTV currently produces it.
Da Vinci's Inquest was filmed here and takes place here. CBC canceled it in 2005
Da Vinci's City Hall was filmed here and takes place here. CBC canceled it in 2006

There are also TV shows that have "pieces" filmed/set in Vancouver even though the most/entire tv series is filmed here. eg

"Shoot to Kill" (1988) is a film that is partially filmed in Vancouver, and the oldest thing I have aside from the Never Ending Story (1984) (which "the real world" scenes were filmed in Vancouver but it's ambiguous where it takes place.) The Never Ending Story parts 2 and 3 were also filmed here.
"Better than Chocolate" (1999) was filmed and takes place in Vancouver.
2012 has a piece that takes place in Vancouver, and was filmed here.
That's all off the top of my head.
