Yes, they did work the over the long weekend including today. In recent weeks they have been working every Saturday and Sunday and probably will each week now until completed.

Hard to make out, but here is a couple of painters working on the 9th today.

Hi Sands

From what I can see, they are now installing drywall on the 11th and progressing at approximately 1 floor per week.

With that, it seems unlikely to me that owners of the top half to top third of the building will get a walk through anytime in June. Seems more realistic mid to late July. Just guessing, but I would think it is possible that those on the lower floors could get a chance to walk through by mid to late June.

The construction elevator was removed early this week.

Today they started filling in the glass where the construction elevator was. Should not be too much longer before the crane comes down.

Looks like the intercom for buzzing residents. It just me or this thing in such an odd location that it kinda sticks out like a sore thumb? It is literally just right off the sidewalk.

Last week they removed the few pieces of blue glass installed where the tape is. Just a guess, but I think this will be covered with black glass instead of the blue to match the trim on each side.

Kinda cool that they have the intercom outdoors like that. I just hope drunks passing by at 2:00am don't randomly push buttons for the fun of it.

Makes sense the intercom would be outside. After all they built a fortress for the podium.

I hope the location of the intercom won't cause big problems.
