Augusta and Catherine vacant lot:
Development sign with rendering just popped up in the last few days.
"Brownstones" 3-4 storey building built to sidewalk from what I recall.
Sorry didn't get a pic
Builder is DiCenzo Homes
Not listed on their website yet.

Nice! I love these townhouse infill projects! They're popular sells and are the perfect type of building to fill in the buttload of tiny empty lots in Hamilton.

I'll try to stop by tomorrow to grab a pic.

Yeah they just put up the sign today, I live just a few houses down, I can grab a pic if it makes it easier for you, and post updates as they come.

I have the pictures, I can't seem to figure out how to attach them to a message....any ideas? There from my phone so there's no email address to go with them.

Unfortunately this message forum doesn't allow image attachment uploads, so you'd need to find a file/image hosting service that you can upload them to from your phone, then post the links to the uploaded images with img tags. I usually just email them to myself or throw them on google drive so I can edit/upload them from my computer at home. Not too sure of which image hosting sites will allow you to upload directly from a phone

I'm a fan. It looks like it'll fit well into the existing fabric of the neighbourhood. Wouldn't mind seeing a few more of these around town.
