It may sound dumb, but since it's the last remaining E. Village house, on a tiny piece of land, it would be cool to make it a cafe or something

I think both of you have missed your true callings.

To be serious for a moment, it maybe an old house in what was a shitty neighbourhood but who ever lives appears to be looking after the place. The condition of their yard puts mine to shame.

Yeah I agree what looks bad about the place is the stucco which was likely applied 50+ years ago. May even be original siding underneath, I've seen that exposed many times, sometimes with interesting patterns, as a shitty stucco building is being demo'd.

IMO, I would look up the hill for that mid-rise area, there is some massive potential for high quality human scale redevelopment on the north hill

The Rob Ford image I used was one of the first ones I found, though now that I think about it, the association with Tim Hortons as being coffee crack to some makes it even more interesting....
