I imagine they're pushing back the entrance so it's even with the soon-to-be entrance of Epochs and the south wall of Trade Secrets. They'll probably do the same thing to the entrance of the current LCBO site so it's even with Shoppers (or whatever replaces it) and the Trade Secrets entrance.
