Photos from Building Philly. I think we're almost there. certainly signs of caisson installation, I just can't tell if any have been installed yet from the photos. I'll move this soon.

FYI - @ 375 ft, this will be the same height at the Drake, Symphony House, and the Penn Mutual tower.

in the middle of CC it wouldnt be much, but at this location it will stand out and offer great views for tenants. Same applies to the Dranoff condos to a lesser extent. Symphony house stands out quite a bit because its south and east of the main cluster of high rises downtown in spite of its modest height.

Yeah, there are a lot of MASSIVE work sites around town. The Dalian is enormous and if you haven't been to the East Market site to see the hole, you should. It's breathtakingly massive in scale.

This reminds me, those oil tankers rolling through the heart of the city are a massive disaster waiting to happen. I can't imagine the level of destruction and carnage if one of those things blew.

I followed the line on Apple maps.. Looks like the line goes pretty close to directly underneath the Philadelphia Museum of Art!? Disastrous indeed.

Not sure how accurate it is.. but, Bing Maps (ugh) actually shows a path for the tracks.
