i'm loving the refinements to this project. the elimination of most of the inset balconies and their related racing stripes running up the facade is by far the best part.
and i'm very pleased to see that the alternating frustums haven't been completely VE'd out of the design as i had feared from the earlier rumor of a budget-busting structural cost estimate. they certainly look like they've been softened a good deal, and that's not entirely a bad thing. VE isn't always a unilateral curse, it can at times serve to help reign in flamboyance.
all in all, i like the direction this project is heading.
