Shots fired? Lamb just seems like a —! Here's the most recent tweet from Brad Lamb:

1/2: Haters hate, creators create. What we do at #LDC every day is fight for beauty.

2/2: We want our buildings to be the best. The best takes time, and requires patience.

That sounds like a line from the movie "The Interview"...

We won't know if we get our keys until 4pm. Keys will be handed out between 4pm-8pm assuming the inspections go well.

So? Anyone have the curtain pulled on their brand new home? How did things work out in the end?

The people from the property management company were extremely nice. Garage door openers don't work yet for some reason. Unfortunately very little of the PDI work had been done.

Keys and fobs can been picked up anytime in the lobby 8am-8pm, 7 days a week. This am, one elevator still had not been approved, and the other was on service, but apparently the inspector was on his way (said the construction guys).

I think the only ones not worried at this point are the ones with units on the ground floor.

You wouldn't start occupancy without a property manager in place - it would be a recipe for trouble.

Isn't the builder usually the building manager for the first year until the condo board can choose a new one?

The builder would contract the initial property manager.
