The last I heard, the province is "waiting" on a proposal from Providence. This was after Clark's 2012 announcement that St. Paul's was getting redeveloped.
What's the total size and view-cone status of their downtown site? Could be worth a pretty penny, though if a purchaser is forced to retain some of the heritage facade that could trump the value.
