Chuy seems to be getting desperate, he was rude and combative in the debate last night. He offers no solutions, but he's from the neighborhood! His campaign is funded by the public employee unions, which will be required to give a lot if the City is to avoid bankruptcy. Is Chuy really going to push hard on the unions? I doubt it. And looking at his record, he loves taxes. The taxes required to pay for the unions will be astronomical, hurting the "neighborhood" people harder than the rich.
