Maybe someday the idiots who draw these layouts will include items that people today actually have. Where's the flat screen TV? Just about everybody has one and I never see them in apartment/condo/house renderings. For anyone who watches movies or plays video games regularly, the placement of the TV will greatly impact the layout of the furniture.

Sooo much parking! Looks like 3-4 spots per unit! I realize this is way out in Navan where there is probably two busses a day, but what a crazy huge number of spots!

There are 1.4 spaces per unit resident parking (137 spaces for 96 units), plus 0.2 spaces per unit visitor parking (19) and 21 spaces for the commercial lands (not shown on the renders). The smaller buildings which include the "Bungalow" model look like oversized duplexes but actually have 4 units in each building.
