No one ever claimed that H&M clothing is high quality and durable. On the contrary, its rather delicate, but VERY fashionable (they set trends) and at a low price, this is their competitive advantage.

I visited Nordstrom yesterday with my gf, and we were impressed, very beautiful store, but I agree, the sales staff are quite aggressive. Anyone know if they are on commission? My gf was about to pay for 2 pieces of clothing, and the girl at the cash was adamant about knowing who helped her, but the thing is, no one really helped her, other than the girl who showed her to the changing room. Bought a few things, and tried the restaurant for lunch. Good deal on a coffee in the restaurant, $3.50 for a French press which is good for 2 people (yields like 2-3 cups per person). Also tried to Tuna Poke, yummy! Re: the restaurant, only thing missing is happy hour drink specials, seems like a no brainer to get more clientele stopping for a break in the late afternoon! Also, the rooftop/patio looks good and ready to open.
