I think if they improve the road on 8St it will be ok, that stretch over the tracks is pretty brutal!

I see the potential downsides, but I think all of the inconveniences will be vastly overshadowed by the shear awesomeness of riverwalk. Ramsay will get more life blown into it in the next 5 years than any time in the past century.

I could live with a 1-lane compromise too.
