Those are very crude maths indeed.
The graphic appears to be about 17 pixels per foot; that's consistent with 474 sq feet and also a standard 3' door in from the hallway. Under that scale, the bed shown is a queen size bed; 60"x80". The room sizes are:
Bedroom - 12'7" x 8'11"
Living room (to the edge of the counter) - 8'11" x 9'10"
Kitchen/entrance/etc - 9'4" x 14'11"
Bathroom - 4'9" x 8'11"
Study - 4'11" x 9'6".
Obviously, all these are approximate measurements; I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the 11" measurements are actually rounded up (e.g. bedroom being 12'8"x9'); scaling up from a low-res picture is not an exact science.
