Tunnel in Muncey?

I was looking at Street View recently and came across this along Muncey Road:

What is this? Is it a tunnel to somewhere, or just a small underground building? I do know that there used to be a railway in this area...

The railway line ran about 50 metres north of this site. The location was once a railroad depot known as "Delaware Station" before it was part of the reserve and re-named Muncey. The concrete structure is almost certainly part of the infrastructure of the old rail depot. Being buried, I might think it be a cold storage unit from days prior to refrigeration.
