So, I added the RACP funding request to the Pittsburgh Development map. After that, I took a look back, and I said to myself, wow, there is quite a bit of development going on. So, I decided to count it. By my best estimates, there are currently 1254.22 under development/redevelopment/expansion/etc (give or take some acres.) That's over 3% of the entire city, which is a staggering amount. The most interesting thing is to see that there is a distinct cluster of development, in the Baum-Centre Area. Take a look at the map
