I don't ride a ton, but if I do ride my bike it's between Brooklyn and Sellwood. I think part of the problem is that the signs are pretty bad, but I usually take SE 14th to go south until Bybee if I'm south of Hwy 99E. North of there I just take the Springwater on the Willamette.
South of Bybee I like SE 15th or Sellwood Blvd to 7th Tacoma. I think those are the right names.
South of Tacoma I just stay on SE 15th or SE 11th.
For east-west they have SE Spokane as well as SE Umatilla painted with sharrows, diverters, speed bumps, etc.
