The riverhouse site is still active if you go directly to it so I'm not sure if it is intentional or if they reverted to an older version of the site/screwed up.

I don't know that you can do too much there in terms of residential that isn't on the luxury scale to make your construction costs back and turn a profit considering the limitations of the site. They might be taking it back to the drawing board though if they had low interest/sales.
