Surprising to see some action on the holiday Monday with a crew continuing work on the 14th floor glazing mounts.

Also a surprise to see glass starting to get installed on the 3rd floor.

Looks like this guy was doing some taping on the S.E. corner suite.

Not a stick of the remaining brick work has been put down in 6 months since last August. There must be a valid reason for this, but it just seems odd that it has not been completed.

Thanks rocky view. I still don't get that blue thing. Can you see through them?

Thanks! I think they really want to get this done after waiting on the glass for so long.

On another note, I'm warming up to the glass and color of this thing more and more. I still don't like the podium, and think whoever designed it should be arrested, but I'm actually starting to like the glass.

I agree, I actually really like the glass. Definitely Unique. Keep up the great work with the picture updates.

I'm really feeling the glass too. Maybe they will apply some paint to that podium to make it look less spartan. Really excited for this thing to be done. Looking forward to seeing how the terrace patio will turn out.

I kinda thought that you could, but I talked with one of the guys on the ground when they were unloading one of the first truckloads. According to him they cannot be seen through.

I went checked their floor plans from developer's website. Looks like these blue glasses are where stucco are supposed to be.

Last panel of glass being installed on the East side of the 10th today.

Good progress made on the 10th today and should be finished tomorrow.

Another one of those I can't believe what I am seeing moments with this project! I wonder what could possibly be going on here?

Exactly my thoughts too. I really can't understand what happened there.

Give it another 15 or 20 years for the trees to hide the real ugly bits and I can live with the rest. At this point I am just happy they are finishing it, I was almost physically exhausted just looking at that concrete husk everyday.

Glass installation continued today on the 11th, but only until around lunchtime. Only the South side is remaining and a couple of panels on the East side. Since they did not work in the afternoon as they usually do on a Saturday, I suspect they may now be out of glass until the next truckload arrives.

The North side now has bricks removed?

From Friday - just missed getting a shot of the last pallet of a truckload of drywall being moved into the 4th. Hopefully a good sign interior work might start ramping up.

3rd floor glass work on Friday.

Great Updates Rockyview. Love the picture of Central Memorial with the Park project in the background. Looks like they took out some brick to install the townhouse Canopies. The canopies should give the brick a nice modern accent.

By George, I think you are right YYC! Looks like that is precisely the reason the bricks were removed - good catch.
