This has got to be the most difficult site to capture in photo ever!! I walked around the whole thing yesterday and couldn't get a good shot.

That said, with the erection of the crane, this one is now officially UC.

This one and Place 10 are tough to get shots. The best place to get one of Manulife is from the +15.

Even from the alleyway it's not a good vantage point?

What is the official difference between Proposal (hole) and U/C? When the crane's up, when the excavation is completed, when foundation starts being built? Is there a page on SSP with the definition?

This one has moved remarkably quick considering it involved three buildings (one of them a 13 storey highrise) being demolished.

I've noticed that they have been working at night as well. I happened to look at the webcam last night around 9:30pm and they were still going.

I agree with you guys too. This is a beautiful tower, and could be an awesome one if it was even 10 floors taller. Make it 60 floors and you have a massive winner

If it was taller wouldn't it have empty space. If they are building it that tall they probably have some good reasons for doing so. If they did make it taller and did end up having empty spaces would they be able to find a good tenant or something like that?
