Seems a wee bit premature to conclude what Stapleton is/isn't, except that it's more Wash Park than Cap Hill. And that's ok.
Let's see how it fills out/matures and if any real TOD occurs.
I think its biggest downfall is its proximity to other "like" neighborhoods. It's fairly isolated. Hopefully, the East Line closes that gap a bit.
